2020 Disney Registration Form

  • We are excited that you will be joining us this year! Please take your time and complete all the fields and the Waiver Form below. Once Registration is complete, including the Waiver Form, please submit, and you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

    Stay tuned for updates! We will be emailing you additions to the morning program, organizations taking part in the Expo, and topics covered in the Expo breakout sessions.

     After payment, please click on the Return to Merchant link for the waiver form online signature. Once submitted, your registration is complete.

  • Cannabis and Marijuana Laws

    Do not assume that because your state or where you live permits marijuana or cannabis use that other states do. For example, as of this writing (June 20, 2019) Florida did not allow use of marijuana. Please be guided accordingly.
