The North Carolina Veterinary Medical Companion Animal Research Laboratory, led by Dr. Karen Munana, DVM, DACVIM (Neurology) focuses all research, outreach and education within the veterinary & animal health sectors, and also as epilepsy is a comparative disease, we also collaborate with human medical professionals to explore clinical studies that will impact animals and man facing epilepsy and seizures.
