Preparation of Last Will and Testament (how your assets are to be distributed upon your death, who will administer the distribution of your assets and who you wish to appoint to take care of your children).
Power of Attorney (designating an agent to act on your behalf for financial, business or other matters, can be wide ranging or limited to specific items).
Advanced Health Care Directive (informing your health care provider who speaks for you when you are unable to make your own medical decisions, listing your treatment preferences and whether you do or do not wish to donate your organs).
