This year in “Amigos con Epilepsia” once again we did the photo challenge, this time the winner is the one who sends the best collage part was not so good, however, every year we reacived more pictures from all over the world, specially from Hispanic countries, Spain and we have some Latino immigrants around the world who feel better talking about this in their own language.
The event was a team work but this is the first year Mexican government recognized purple day. So with their help, and a really important participation of “camelice” whose president is Dr. Mario Arturo Alonso Vanegas was done an event called “Pedalea por la epilepsia” (Pedal for epilepsy) the purpose was to get your bike or take one of those that they borrowed and go in a bike for epilepsy, they gave people T-Shirts others just joined and at the end Dr. Alonso Vanegas spoke about awareness.
There were other events (sports and politics) that day, so we thank a lot people who went, because we had many. And the same weekend was an event that got together people in a place Saturday and Sunday and gave different conferences where they explained epilepsy.
