Plans are in full swing at the moment for Purple Day. I am very happy to announce that we will be hosting the following:
– We have invited parents of our keto kiddies, doctors and The Keilah Foundation committee members to meet at Blouberg Beach at sunset on Tuesday 24th March as a pre-celebration for Purple day. Blouberg beach has a lovely view of Table Mountain and we will be lighting lanterns and taking photos, all wearing something purple of course J These photos will be shared on our Facebook page and website.
– We will be selling brownies at a local school on Purple Day.
– For our neurologists, we will be giving them a coffee mug with The Keilah Foundation sticker, brownie and flavoured tea as a present in celebration of Purple Day.
– We will also be hosting a Fun Run on the 25th April to raise awareness on epilepsy and The Keilah Foudnation. These will take place in both Cape Town and Johannesburg.
