Family Support, Training, Assistance, and Resources (STAR) is Florida’s Family-to-Family Health Information Center (F2F HRC). It is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

This program will assist families of Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) to make informed decisions about health care for their children, providing:
