We are organizing a free diagnostic and treatment camp for rural patients with epilepsy in central India. Dr. Tushar Patil will evaluate and treat the patients. EEG will be available to the patients free of cost. If any patient needs neuroimaging (i.e., CT/MRI), it will be done at minimal cost. In addition, the hospital admission and indoor treatment will be free if any patient needs. This is the first initiative in central India to reach out to rural patients with epilepsy, considering the huge burden of untreated epilepsy in this region.
