When I was first diagnosed in 2011 with epilepsy, I was scared, not sure what to do. The epilepsy came after my traumatic brain surgery and was told it was part of the healing process. I have the best support from my mother and sister, without them I don’t know what I would have done. Living with epilepsy now in my life is a very hard thing, but I have come to terms with it and it has become part of my daily life.
