My name is Michael, and my wife lives with epilepsy every day. We have a son, two dogs, two birds, and two fish and we love spending lazy days around the house together reading, watching television/movies, and listening to everyone’s favorite music. My wife’s epilepsy was diagnosed at a young age, but it was not properly treated/medicated until she reached her mid-20s after the birth of our son. Every day I look to further my understanding of epilepsy: the history, the treatments, the research, and the ways to increase awareness. I will always continue to do so to make sure my wife is happy and healthy.
